Filing Fees for new petitions: $100.00

-          Forms of Payment: Cash, Money Order, Check, Credit Card. Please note that all Credit Card payments have a 3% processing fee.

 Child Support Payments may be paid directly to the clerk’s office or through the Tennessee State website.
