Incentives are available for existing business and those looking to relocate to Williamson County.

Local Incentives
Williamson County offers a Payment in Lieu of Tax (PILOT) program which could qualify industries for tax breaks in lieu of ad valorem taxes. Terms are decided by the Industrial Development Board of Williamson County (IDBWC) based on the industry's economic needs and considerations.

State Incentives
The State of Tennessee offers incentives to businesses looking to expand or relocate here through tax incentives, services and financial programs offered to the industry.

MTEMC offers a number of incentive programs based on eligibility and tailored to the specific needs of their customers including:
