TEMPORARY SIGNS ON NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES – COMMERCIAL MESSAGE

 One per lot, maximum size = 25 sq.ft., displayed for 30 days per 12-month period.  Must be flat against building or on permanent, permitted ground sign.

TEMPORARY SIGNS ON NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES – NON-COMMERCIAL MESSAGE

(Real Estate or Auction, Political, Special Events, Etc.)

 Five per lot, total signage not to exceed 30 sq.ft, no single sign larger than 16 sq.ft., maximum height 6’.

 On-lot construction signs may remain for duration of construction project.  Other signs may be displayed for maximum of 60 days per 12-month period.
