Automobile License Renewal
Renewal Fee
  • $49.75 -regular auto license plate, registration, and wheel tax
  • Cash or personal in-state check
  • Credit / debit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Extra fees are - 2% of the total plus an additional $0.25
  • Payable to County Clerk
 Requirements

Note: If submitting by mail, add a $2 postage fee and send to:

Marriage License
Requirements
  • Both parties must be present
  • Cash only
  • Eighteen years of age or older
  • License is good for 30 days anywhere in the State of Tennessee
  • No waiting period
  • Pre-marital counseling certificate
  • Provide driver's license
  • Social Security card
  • copy of divorce decree
 Fee
  • $35 with pre-marital counseling
  • $95 without counseling certification

Beer Permits
Application
  • Form to be filled out
  • On file 30 days before Beer Board Meeting
 Meeting
  • Last Monday of each month
  • The meeting is advertised
Fee
  • $250 paid at time application filed
 Requirements
  • Outside city limits
 Permit
  • Issued when approved by Beer Board
